Fees have been established for planning and zoning applications and zoning permits which include building structures, fences, walls, sprinkler systems, propane tanks, etc.

The Building Permits fee in the City of Burlington is a penny per square foot.

The City also requires sign permits for any type of sign and moving permits for moving structures.

Individuals planning any type of construction or modification to their property should contact City Hall and ask what regulations and fees are applicable.
