The Coffey County Economic Development department provides a comprehensive range of services to support local businesses and community growth:
- Business Attraction & Retention: Assisting new businesses with relocation and supporting existing industries in their expansion efforts.
- Financial Assistance & Incentives: Administering the Coffey County Revolving Loan Fund, providing information on local and state tax incentive programs, and various local grants for small businesses and community events.
- Site Selection Assistance: Providing up-to-date information on available industrial and commercial buildings and sites within Burlington and the county.
