Grass/Weed Nuisances

If the Chief of Police determines a property to be a nuisance due tall grass and weeds, and the nuisance is not abated, the City will mow grass and cut weeds at a fee of $150 per hour plus a $150 administrative fee.  The fee, if not paid, will be assessed to the property.
